What is the difference between a standard product and a custom-made product?

With a custom-made product, the item is not just refined, but specifically developed in terms of structure, details, material selection, fit, or features. This creates a solution that is more precisely tailored to the brand, application, and target group than standard goods.

How long do production and shipping take?

If a short delivery time is desired, we will do our best to meet it and give you an answer within 24 hours whether it is feasible or not. Express shipping is also possible as an additional option, if desired.

When is a custom-made product worthwhile?

Custom-made products are always worthwhile when standard products are insufficient in terms of fit, brand impact, function, or recognition. This is particularly relevant for teamwear, private labels, corporate fashion, or recurring product lines.

Are there minimum quantities for custom productions?

That depends heavily on the product type, materials, and production method. Generally, we plan quantities to ensure a sensible balance between development, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

How long does it take to implement a custom order?

The timeframe depends on complexity, development stage, patterning, and production method. Custom-made projects generally require more lead time than standard products, but in return, they result in a much more suitable and long-term sustainable solution.

Is a sample always necessary before series production begins?

In many cases, sampling is very useful because it ensures the fit, material effect, workmanship, and details before final production. Especially with custom products, this significantly reduces later corrections and uncertainties.

Do you also provide support with design, pattern making, and technical documentation?

Yes. Depending on the project, we assist with product concept, design elaboration, cut details, tech packs, material selection, and sample development.

Which graphics format is required?

You need a layout program that allows spot colors to be created as a color mode (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, QuarkXPress, CorelDraw, etc.). Please send us the final print file preferably as a PDF or alternatively as .AI, PSD or PNG. The resolution should be 300dpi. Only use PANTONE C (Solid Coated) spot colors in your layout (no CMYK, RGB, LAB or other spot colors such as HKS K) or explicitly state them.

Can you also map regional or specific production requirements?

Yes. Depending on the product and requirements, we examine suitable production methods and partners – regional, European, or international. The balance between quality, time, budget, and objectives is always important in this process.

Can you also handle logistics, shipping, or reorders after production?

Yes. If desired, we think beyond production and directly integrate fulfillment, shipping, storage, or subsequent reorders.
