Recycled

For the Schweriner Seentrail, we produced the official event apparel from recycled functional material. As the shirts had to meet high demands in sporting use, the focus was on breathability and a durable finish for the sponsor logos. Through precise production planning, we were able to ensure the timely delivery of approximately 225 men's and women's shirts, right on schedule for the bib distribution.

Screen printing

For the Bike Festival Freiburg, we produced a series of 180 event shirts that impress with a high-quality screen print finish. To ensure the vibrancy of the striking festival design on the dark textiles, a special underbase white was used in combination with luminous pink and a high-contrast highlight white. The result is a durable community shirt made from certified organic cotton that withstands the festival's athletic demands and precisely reflects the event's visual identity.

Sustainable running shirts made from recycled polyester for the node.energy team

For the node.energy team, we created functional running shirts made from 100% recycled polyester. The breathable performance apparel combines peak athletic performance with measurable resource protection – each shirt crafted from 16 recycled PET bottles.

Sporting Event

Following the successful premiere in 2025, we once again provided the event equipment for this regional running event this year. The collection includes technical running shirts made from recycled material as well as cotton shirts for children in the special color "Bottle Green." Thanks to optimized production processes, the 135 adult shirts, including custom Pantone printing, could be finalized and delivered within a tight two-week timeframe.

Event Merchandising

We produced the official event drawstring bags for the "Allgäu-Moves" climbing competition of the DAV Allgäu-Kempten section at the swoboda alpin climbing center. We chose a model made from certified organic cotton, which can withstand athletic use while also aligning with the environmental values of the Alpine Club. The technical implementation of the event branding was adapted to the specific fabric structure of the bags to ensure an abrasion-resistant and durable print result. Through precise timing in the production and supply chain, the timely provision of equipment was flawlessly ensured, ready for the competition weekend.

Can team sportswear be extended or reordered at a later date?

Yes, we save your production data and embroidery cards. Reorders are possible at any time starting from our minimum order quantity of 10 pieces.

This way, your team can grow organically, and new members receive the exact same equipment in terms of color, quality, and embellishment position.

Is it possible to order samples?

Yes, unrefined samples can be ordered in advance. This gives you the opportunity to check the quality, fit, and material properties directly on the actual product before making a final decision.

This is particularly helpful for team and sportswear, as different cuts, fabric qualities, and sizes can vary depending on the area of use. The samples are for viewing and orientation purposes only and are not finished.

In this way, we ensure that you make an informed decision and that the final product optimally meets your requirements.

How does the finishing affect the performance of sportswear?

For sportswear, we focus on flexible finishing processes. Special stretch transfer printing or light embroidery ensure that the functionality of the fabric (stretch/breathability) is not impaired in the finished areas and that the logo does not crack even during intense movement.

How do I find the right team sportswear for my area of application?

The intensity of use is crucial: for company runs or fitness events, we recommend performance shirts made from rPET. For yoga or moderate sports, blended fabrics made from organic cotton and elastane are ideal. Ergonomic cuts and flat seams ensure maximum freedom of movement and prevent chafing during physical activity. We advise you based on the sport and desired care properties.

What is Team Sportswear's production process like?

After material selection, the design is finalized. Especially for sportswear, logo placement is crucial to avoid covering ventilation zones. Once the proof is approved, we will produce your team equipment and deliver it punctually for the start of the season or the event date.
