The most important prerequisite for on-time delivery is clear scheduling, working backward from the event date. Design approval, production, and shipping should each have sufficient buffer time.

Especially for larger quantities or custom finishing, it is important to finalize early, as each revision round can affect the overall timeline.

Do you also help with the design of merchandise?

Yes, upon request, we can take on both the design and the further development of existing ideas. We support you from the initial sketch to production-ready implementation, ensuring that design, target group, and finishing method are optimally coordinated.Please note that design support is subject to a fee, depending on the effort involved.

The exact costs depend on the scope and complexity of the respective project and will be communicated transparently in advance.

Can I combine different products for different community groups?

Absolutely. Within our minimum order quantity (of 10 pieces), you can mix different textiles, colors, and sizes. This allows you to meet different needs within your community without having to purchase huge quantities per item.

Can members or fans order individually?

For larger communities or organizations, we offer shop and fulfillment solutions. Members can independently order their desired sizes and quantities via a dedicated landing page. We collect orders or ship individually, which reduces your internal administrative effort to zero.
