We created functional and sustainable team running shirts for the running team of the Regtech company Regnology. The textiles were specifically designed for use at corporate sporting events where high breathability, moisture regulation, and an ergonomic fit are required. By precisely matching the finishing technique to the lightweight functional fabric, the full elasticity of the shirts was maintained, while the distinctive logo branding remains dimensionally and color stable even under intense athletic exertion.

Here, it is important to choose cuts that fit a broad target audience (unisex models) to simplify logistics for size distribution.

How far in advance should I plan a team event with apparel?

Ideally, plan 4 to 6 weeks before the event. Standard production takes approx. 3 weeks; additional time should be allocated for internal coordination, sample inspection (shipping approx. 3–5 working days), and on-site logistical distribution. For urgent requests, we will check express options within 10 days after consultation.

How do you ensure all event shirts look uniform?

We use industrial finishing processes (screen printing, embroidery, direct digital or digital transfer) and work with defined Pantone values or HKS colors. By centralizing production in one run and approving a binding proof, we ensure that logos and brand colors appear identical across all textile sizes.

Can event products be delivered directly to multiple locations?

Yes, we offer full-service fulfillment solutions. We can split your order and ship it by the pallet or in individual packages to different company locations, event venues, or directly to your employees' home offices. This saves you internal storage capacity and significant logistical effort.

What happens if participant numbers change at short notice?

Since we finish textiles partly on demand, we can often still make minor adjustments during ongoing production. However, it is generally recommended to factor in a buffer of 5-10% for last-minute participants.
