Creative Director for Branding, Marketing, and Head of Key Account Manager
We are looking for a talented all-rounder with co-founder potential, who will become an integral part of our leadership team and may even take on leadership responsibilities. The new employee will lead the creative area of our company, operating in both the B2B and B2C sectors. Proactive initiative, creativity, and bringing in one's own ideas will be central to this role.
Areas of Responsibility:
1. Visual & Creative Direction:
- Development and implementation of a holistic visual identity that reflects our brand values and goals.
- Conception and design of graphics, illustrations, advertising materials, packaging designs, and other visual elements for various platforms and media.
- Creation of style guides and design guidelines to ensure visual consistency.
- Collaboration with other teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to create visual content that supports their needs and goals.
- Market analysis and trend research to ensure the relevance and topicality of visual branding.
- Management of external resources such as photographers, illustrators, and design agencies.
2. Marketing:
- Development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Leading content strategy for large and small projects, including strategy and content development, digital and brand design, and technology utilization.
- Optimization and management of various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, affiliates, and more.
- Creation of high-quality marketing content for lead generation.
- Analysis of marketing campaigns to optimize effectiveness and ROI.
- Close collaboration with other teams, especially sales, to synchronize and optimize marketing and sales activities.
3. Key Account Management for regional and supra-regional projects:
- Key account management for major clients and partners.
- Development and support of cooperation projects with regional clients.
- Leadership and establishment of office and showroom in Munich.
- Identification and development of (co-branding) marketing partnerships to increase reach.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience in design, branding, marketing, or similar fields.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing brand identities and marketing strategies, ideally in a startup or agency environment.
- Strong creative skills and an eye for aesthetics and design.
- Excellent knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in developing and optimizing UX for websites and digital platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience in copywriting.
- Agency experience in project management or sales with client presentations.
- Creativity, innovative spirit, and "out-of-the-box" thinking.
- Very good organizational skills and results-orientation.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex problems and develop solutions.
- Team player and highly self-motivated.
- Experience in managing/coordinating teams.
Additional advantages include:
- Experience with tools such as Figma, Asana, Slack, and CRM systems.
- Knowledge in OKR, KPIs, and digital marketing.

Employment: 20-40 hrs up to all-in employment
Start date: preferably from July 1, 2024, or August 1, 2024
Salary: depending on qualifications and hours
