QUALITY & COLLABORATION

Embroidery.

Embroidery is one of the most durable finishing methods – provided that thread, technique, and textile are compatible. We advise based on requirements, not on gut feeling.

  • Yarns tested for harmful substances according to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100
  • Precise stitch programming for crisp logos and fine details
  • Compatible with organic & fair-trade textiles from certified production
  • Durable finish – wash-resistant, dimensionally stable, suitable for everyday use

EMBROIDERY & QUALITY COMBINED

Why embroidery is more than just an embroidered logo

Embroidery impresses with its feel, durability, and a quality that can be seen and felt. However, not every textile and not every design is suitable for embroidery. Crucial factors include stitch density, thread quality, and the nature of the base material. We provide tailored advice – so that the result not only looks good, but also delivers on its promises.

WHO EMBROIDERY IS THE RIGHT CHOICE FOR

Embroidery for businesses, teams, and brands

Whether it's workwear with a company logo, onboarding gifts for new employees, or merchandise for your community – embroidered textiles convey professionalism and attitude. Especially for companies, NGOs, and educational institutions, embroidery is a sustainable alternative to short-lived printing solutions.

METHODS WE MASTER

An overview of our embroidery techniques

  • Flat embroidery – classic, precise, ideal for logos and lettering
  • 3D embroidery – raised look for striking caps and workwear
  • Patch embroidery – sewn-on patches for flexible application on various textiles
  • Small quantities from 10 pieces – also for small teams and pilot projects

Flat Embroidery

Precise, flat, and timeless — the classic embroidery method for logos, lettering, and emblems on almost all textiles.

ADVANTAGES
✔️ Razor-sharp contours & rich color reproduction
✔️ Ideal for workwear, team clothing, and corporate fashion
✔️ Wash-resistant, durable, and suitable for everyday use

PLEASE NOTE
ⓘ Fine details and very small font sizes have limited feasibility
ⓘ Not suitable for large-area designs

3D Embroidery

Voluminous, distinctive and tangible — the embroidery method for logos that stand out from the crowd and show depth.

ADVANTAGES
✔️ Enhanced look thanks to foam padding for more impact
✔️ Particularly effective on caps, snapbacks, and workwear jackets
✔️ High-quality feel that communicates quality and brand strength

NOTE
ⓘ Only suitable for simple, high-contrast designs
ⓘ Fine lines and small fonts not recommended

Patch Embroidery

Flexible, sewn-on, and versatile – the embroidered patch as an independent brand element for changing textiles.

ADVANTAGES
✔️ Produced once, can be sewn or ironed onto various textiles
✔️ Ideal for collections, merchandise, and limited editions
✔️ Special feel and detail quality even with complex designs

PLEASE NOTE
ⓘ Iron-on patches are less durable than sewn-on versions
ⓘ For heavily used workwear, we recommend sewing on rather than ironing on

Standard delivery in 10–15 business days, express delivery upon request.

Which textiles can be embroidered?

T-shirts, hoodies, caps, work jackets, bags – we advise you on the best combination of textile and embroidery technique.

Yes. We help categorize material decisions and standards in such a way that statements are communicated comprehensibly, credibly, and without exaggeration.

What do certifications actually say?

Certifications make certain standards transparent, for example, regarding materials or manufacturing conditions. However, it is always important to understand what a certification specifically covers – and what it does not.

Does every project require certified materials?

Not necessarily. What's relevant is what requirements a project meets, which target group is addressed, and what internal or external standards are important.

A high-quality process with a long tradition

Embroidery is a process with European tradition, dating back to the 19th century. It is also one of the highest quality types of textile finishing and can be applied to almost all materials.

Textiles are refined through embroidery, which stands out for its high-quality appearance, robustness, and durability. The threads have a viscose-like sheen and are highly resilient, making them particularly suitable for workwear and sportswear. We offer embroidery for orders of 20 pieces or more per design.

Embroidery is particularly durable and creates an individual look. For many companies, embroidery has become an important part of their corporate identity, as it is particularly suitable for logos and lettering.

How embroidery works

The embroidery pattern is first digitized and prepared for the embroidery machine. The textile is then fixed and applied to the garment at the desired position using a multi-head embroidery machine. We will gladly send you color samples upon request. In addition to various lettering, embroidery can also be used for company logos, image motifs, or club and family crests.

Advantages of embroidery
+ very durable and robust
+ produced in Germany
+ possible from 20 pieces
+ up to 12 colors possible
+ high-quality look and feel
+ washable up to 90°C
+ 3D effect
+ selection of 400 threads & colors

What makes embroidery particularly sustainable?

Embroidery is considered very environmentally friendly, skin-friendly, and durable. No unnecessary resources (water, dyes) are wasted during the finishing process. The yarns used consist of 100% recycled polyester or organically grown cotton with social responsibility. These are certified with GOTS, IVN, and BEST seals. Viscose (80%) and polyester (20%) are used for the backing fleece. By precisely stitching motifs directly into the fabric, the embroideries become particularly robust and long-lasting.

When embroidering, the following should be considered:
+ for very fine elements, color gradients are only partially possible
+ the textile should not be thin
+ more expensive than printing, especially for large designs
+ suitable for logos and lettering, not so much for pictures and designs with many colors
+ iron from the inside out
