For the Schweriner Seentrail, we implemented the official event apparel based on models R61001 (men) and R81001 (women). The textiles are made from 100% recycled polyester and were specifically chosen to meet the high physiological demands of trail running. The technical finishing of the sponsor logos was carried out with consideration for the material's elasticity to ensure lasting breathability and durability during athletic use. The project involved the production of 225 units, precisely tailored to the specific size breakdowns for male and female runners.

For the Indi Pole collection, we used the women's T-shirt model STTW259 in the undyed "Natural Raw" variant. The textile, made from 100% organic cotton, is characterized by a natural look and a high-quality tactile surface structure, which ensures the dimensional and color stability of the complex print even after several wash cycles.

For the training and master workshops of the Berlin Chamber of Crafts, we have produced a series of robust team T-shirts. As the textiles need to withstand high mechanical stress, dust, and intensive wear in daily workshop use, the focus was on a heavy, durable organic cotton quality with high fiber strength. The finishing was matched to the textile's structure to ensure abrasion-resistant and wash-proof branding. This collection combines the traditional values of craftsmanship with modern, sustainable material standards and supports the professional appearance of the craftsmen and craftswomen on site.

GREEN SHIRTS specializes in sustainable textile printing for companies, teams, and clubs – from single orders to complete corporate collections.

From what quantity can I have company T-shirts printed?

Orders are possible starting from small quantities, individually tailored to your needs.

How long does it take for printed T-shirts to be delivered?

The standard delivery time is approximately three weeks; express delivery is available upon request.

Is there also the option to embroider T-shirts instead of printing them?

Yes, in addition to textile printing, we also offer embroidery as a more durable alternative for company logos.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is 10 pieces for T-shirts & sweatshirts. For bags, it is 25 pieces.

For bulk orders of multiple products, we are happy to adjust the minimum order quantity per product.

How long do production and shipping take?

If a tight delivery deadline is requested, we will do our best to meet it and will let you know within 24 hours whether or not it is feasible. Express shipping is also available as an additional option, if desired.

Is a sample possible?

Yes. Samples are charged at a flat rate of €10 per T-shirt, €5–10 per tote bag, and €25 per sweatshirt or hoodie, plus shipping, and are non-returnable. You are, of course, welcome to keep the samples and see the durable quality of our textiles for yourself. If you subsequently place an order with us, up to 50% of the costs incurred will be credited. We are also happy to provide a printed sample upon request. This makes sense, in particular, for larger productions of over 200 units.

Why is there no product catalog?

We will send you all the documents individually. Our philosophy is to offer you a tailor-made service so that we can present you with the best possible option.

How does payment work?

Pay conveniently by invoice, prepayment, or PayPal upon arrangement.

What different printing methods are there?

We offer all types of textile printing methods.

Screen printing and digital printing are the most common methods here. Followed by flex printing & flock printing.

In addition, we also offer sublimation printing, transfer printing, labeling, and embroidery.

Are our printing processes sustainable?

Our printing methods are ecologically certified. Upon request, we will select printing methods for you that meet the highest standards. We focus on sustainability and a healthy environment. In doing so, we work with state-of-the-art, energy-saving machines and utilize an internal heat recovery system. Waste products are repurposed, whether as cleaning rags or proofing fabric; no textile is thrown away here.

Which graphic format is required?

You need a layout program that allows spot colors to be set as the color mode (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, QuarkXPress, CorelDraw, etc.). Please send us the final print file preferably as a PDF or alternatively as an .AI, PSD, or PNG. The resolution should be 300 dpi. Use exclusively PANTONE C (Solid Coated) spot colors in your layout (no CMYK, RGB, LAB, or other spot colors such as HKS K) or specify them explicitly.
