What is the minimum order quantity?
10 pieces for T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies and jackets, 25 pieces for bags.
Is a sample possible in advance (unprinted / printed)?
Unprinted and printed samples are available in advance. The costs are:
- T-shirt €10.00
- Bag €5.00
- Sweatshirt & Hoodie €25.00
- Vest & Jacket €35.00
- Digital print and embroidery: €25.00 per motif + one-time embroidery machine setup fee of €54
- Screen printing: approx. €100.00 (depending on the number of motifs and motif colors)
plus shipping costs.
With the final order, we will refund 50% of the textile costs of the samples, regardless of the number of samples. Samples cannot be returned.
How does payment work?
In general, payment is due by invoice within 14 days. For amounts of €500 or more, a 50% deposit is required in advance.
Upon request, payment can be made by credit card for a 3% surcharge.
Are multiple sizes and fabric colors possible within a single order?
Yes, sizes and colors can be freely selected.
How do I find out which certificates a product has?
The available certificates can be found with the respective product and in our offer. GREEN SHIRTS itself is GOTS certified (CERES-1057). You can find an overview of the most important standards on our Certificates and Seals page.
Does a reorder become cheaper?
Yes, repeat productions are often cheaper because setup data is archived, especially for embroidery. In addition, there are loyal customer discounts on follow-up orders.
How quickly can reorders be processed?
As a rule, we require 2 weeks after order confirmation for reproduction, as the designs are already saved internally.
Can reordered textiles be shipped decentrally to different locations?
Yes, we are happy to ship textiles to various locations (shipping costs apply separately for each location).
What is the minimum order quantity for reorders?
For reorders, the MOQ is 10 pieces regardless of the textile.
What are the requirements for print data / graphic formats?
Ideally a vector file (.ai, .eps, or .pdf). Pixel-based files (.tiff, .png, .jpg) are possible if they are at least 300 dpi at print size. Print dimensions are optional.
How are the printing colors exactly specified (Pantone / HKS)?
That depends on the finishing:
- Screen printing: Pantone values (spot colors)
- Digital printing: RGB or CMYK values
- Embroidery: Pantone or RGB values; we match them against our thread color chart.
What different printing and finishing methods are there?
We offer screen printing, direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, embroidery, flex/flock printing & custom labeling. You can also find an overview of all finishing methods here.
Does Green Shirts help with the creation or optimization of the print design?
We are happy to create or optimize your design together with our designer.
Our design studio handles:

+ Final artwork
+ Design creation
+ incl. 2 rounds of corrections
for €70/hr (billed to the minute).
Additionally, we are happy to create a mockup for you with your design on your desired textile. We charge €20 for this.
Will a design file be provided for approval before production?
Before production begins, you will receive a complimentary digital proof containing all relevant details (positioning, dimensions, color values).
How long does production and shipping take?
The delivery time is approx. 2-3 weeks after order approval.
Is there an express shipping option for tight deadlines?
Express options are available and may reduce delivery and production time to 10 days
Which countries do you ship to and how is tracking handled?
By default, we ship to the entire DACH region & the EU with shipment tracking. Upon request, we also offer shipping to non-EU countries.
