How much lead time do we realistically need for school or university merchandise?

For large projects such as graduation shirts or university collections, we recommend a lead time of 2 months.

This allows enough time for size collection, design contests among students, and sample approval. The actual production takes about 3 weeks after final clarification.

Which products work best in practice for schools and universities?

Classics include organic t-shirts and hoodies with the school logo. But sustainable fabric bags for university materials or beanies for winter are also very popular. High wash resistance is important, as the clothing is often used intensively in everyday school life.

How exactly does the design coordination with a school or university work?

Many schools already provide ready-made logos. In addition, we also help to professionally prepare student designs for printing.

Upon request, we can create a digital mockup and also offer design elaboration at an additional cost. Only after the proof has been approved by all responsible persons will the project be released for production.

Can students order individually (sizes / names / individual shipping)?

Yes, through our shop solutions, we can set up individual ordering windows. Everyone orders their own size, and payment is processed directly. We can deliver the goods collectively to the school (sorted by class) or send them individually directly to the students' homes.

What's a realistic budget per person that we should plan for?

For school and university merchandise, prices usually range from €25 (T-shirts) to €50 (premium hoodies), depending on the quantity and product. We calculate transparently and offer attractive conditions for entire cohorts or faculties through our tiered pricing, so that the merchandise remains affordable for everyone.
