This is complemented by transparent supply chains and long-lasting quality. We print and embroider the textiles in Germany and the EU. We offer water-based ink systems and GOTS-certified finishing upon request.

For product people, we created team sweatshirts with custom printing. The STSU178 crewneck model in “Off White” is made of heavy 350 g/m² organic cotton. The finishing was tailored to the material – for a durable print and a consistent look in everyday work life.

Bernried Elementary School

For Bernried Primary School, we implemented school hoodies and sweatshirts with the school logo. Before ordering, families were able to check fits and sizes directly at the school using samples. The textiles, made from certified organic cotton, were produced collectively and delivered in time for the start of the school year.

Je nach Modell aus Bio-Baumwolle, Canvas, Jute oder recycelter Baumwolle. Material und vorhandene Zertifikate stehen bei jedem Modell.

Kann ich auch Turnbeutel bedrucken lassen?

Ja. Turnbeutel aus Baumwolle oder Canvas bedrucken wir im Siebdruck oder DTF-Druck – beliebt für Events, Vereine, Schulen und als Geschenkverpackung.

Was ist die Mindestbestellmenge?

Die Mindestbestellmenge beträgt 10 Stk bei T-Shirts & Sweatshirts. Bei Taschen sind es 25 Stück.

Bei einer Sammelbestellung von mehreren Produkten, können wir die Mindestbestellmenge pro Produkt gerne anpassen.

Wie lange dauert eine Produktion und der Versand?

Falls ein knapper Liefertermin gewünscht ist, versuche wir unser bestmögliches diesen einzuhalten und geben euch innerhalb von 24h Antwort, ob es machbar ist oder nicht. Auch ein Express Versand ist möglich als Zusatzoption, falls gewünscht.

Ist ein Muster möglich?

Ja. Muster werden pro T-Shirt pauschal mit 10€, Tragetaschen mit 5-10€ und Sweatshirts & Hoodies mit 25€ zzgl. Versand berechnet und sind nicht retournierbar. Die Muster könnt ihr natürlich behalten und euch von der langlebigen Qualität unserer Textilien überzeugen. Wenn ihr anschließend den Auftrag bei uns abschließen, werden die entstandenen Kosten bis zu 50% gutgeschrieben. Gerne bieten wir euch auf Anfrage auch ein bedrucktes Muster an. Dies macht vor allem für größere Produktionen von über 200 Stück Sinn.

Warum gibt es keinen Produktkatalog?

Wir senden Euch individuell alle Unterlagen zu. Unsere Philosophie ist es für Euch einen maßgeschneiderten Service anzubieten, sodass wir euch die bestmögliche Option präsentieren können.

Wie funktioniert die Bezahlung?

Bezahlt bequem auf Rechnung, per Vorkasse oder Paypal nach Absprache.

Welche unterschiedlichen Druckmethoden gibt es?

Wir bieten jegliche Art von Textildruckverfahren an.

Siebdruck und Digitaldruck sind hierbei die gängigste Methoden. Gefolgt von Flexdruck & Flockdruck.

Außerdem bieten wir auch Sublimationsdruck, Transferdruck, Labeling und Stick an.

Welche Druckfarben verwendet ihr?

Auf Wunsch drucken wir mit wasserbasierten Druckfarben. Bei Aufträgen mit GOTS-zertifizierten Textilien verwenden wir für GOTS zugelassene Farben. Unser Betrieb ist nach GOTS zertifiziert (CERES-1057); welche Nachweise für ein Produkt vorliegen, steht beim jeweiligen Artikel.

Welches Grafikformat wird benötigt?

Ihr benötigt ein Layoutprogramm, mit dem Volltonfarben (Sonderfarben) als Farbmodus angelegt werden können (z.B. InDesign, Illustrator, QuarkXPress, CorelDraw, etc.). Bitte sendet uns die finale Druckdatei vorzugsweise als PDF oder alternativ als .AI, PSD oder PNG. Die Auflösung sollte 300dpi betragen. Verwendet ausschließlich PANTONE C (Solid Coated) Volltonfarben in Ihrem Layout (kein CMYK, RGB, LAB oder andere Volltonfarben wie z.B. HKS K) oder führt diesen explizit an.
